What cookies are

A cookie is a small text record a website places in your browser so it can recognise you on the next page or the next visit. Local storage is a similar space in the browser that is not sent along with every request. This page covers both.

What we store by default

Two things, both essential:

• Your cookie choice, kept in local storage under the name kbr-consent. It stays in your browser and never reaches our servers.
• A security cookie from Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, set only when Cloudflare needs to tell a person from a bot.

Neither one identifies you or tracks you across other sites.

What runs only after you say yes

Analytics (Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager) and advertising measurement (Google Ads and Meta) load only after you switch them on in Cookie settings. If you do nothing, they never load.

As of 29 August 2026 none of these tags is installed on the site. We list them here so the choice you make now already applies the day we add them.

Clearing cookies in your browser

Every browser lets you see and delete cookies and local storage for a site, and block them ahead of time, in its privacy settings. If you delete kbr-consent the site goes back to essential only, and the panel will ask again the next time you open it.
