Agreement to these terms

The site is run by KBR Global Creative Consulting Ltd (KBR Global, "we", "us"), Suite 4.3.02, Block 4, Eurotowers, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Our services

KBR Global designs and builds websites, develops apps, builds AI agents and custom software, produces video, and runs SEO and performance marketing. The pages on this site describe these services in general terms. They are an invitation to talk, not an offer that becomes a contract when you click something.

Campaign offers, such as the free website, are described on their own page, and the details on that page apply to that offer.

Quotes and project agreements

Every project starts with a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and payment schedule. That proposal, once you accept it in writing, is the agreement for the project. Nothing said in the Kai chat, on WhatsApp or in an email is a binding quote until it is in an accepted proposal.

Changes to scope during a project are agreed in writing and may change the price and the timeline.

Intellectual property

This site. The text, design, images, video and code of kbr.global belong to KBR Global or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read and link to the site. You may not copy, republish or build on its content without our written permission.

Work we deliver to you. When a project is paid in full, you own the code and design we delivered for it. Until then we keep ownership and you have a licence to use the work for review.

What stays ours. Our own products (for example Octypo and Kai), our tools, templates and know-how remain ours. Where a product is part of a project you receive a licence to use it, not ownership. Third-party components such as fonts, libraries and stock media stay under their own licences, which we pass on to you.

Portfolio. We may show the work we did for you, with your name and screenshots, in our portfolio and case studies, unless we agree otherwise in the proposal.

Acceptable use

When using the site, the forms or the Kai chat, you agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• send content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful, or that you have no right to send;
• try to get into our systems, probe them, or disturb how the site works;
• scrape the site or the chat with automated tools, or use them to train a model, without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or company.

Kai, the chat on this site

Kai is an AI agent. It answers questions about our services and takes down what you need. Its answers are for information and can be wrong; they are not advice and do not commit KBR Global to anything. A person confirms scope, price and dates in a proposal. How we handle chat transcripts is explained in the privacy policy.

No guarantee of results

Search engines, ad platforms and app stores make their own decisions. We do not promise a ranking position, a traffic number, an approval, or a revenue figure. What we promise is the work described in the proposal, done properly and on time.

Warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Subject to that, KBR Global is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from the use of the site. For a project, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, unless the proposal says otherwise.

You agree to cover us for claims that arise from your breach of these terms or from content you asked us to publish.

Third-party links and services

The site links to other sites and services, such as WhatsApp. They have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Gibraltar. Any dispute about them, or about the use of the site, goes to the courts of Gibraltar, which have exclusive jurisdiction. Project agreements say which law applies to them; when they are silent, Gibraltar law applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. A change applies from the moment it is on this page; it does not change a proposal already accepted.
